Mr. Hawkins is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Business Administration (with honors), the University of Oklahoma College of Law (with honors) and the New York University School of Law with a Master of Laws Degree in Taxation.

NDHA was formed in 1992 by N. Dean Hawkins for the purpose of providing a full range of tax services to small and medium businesses.  These services includes corporate, limited liability company and partnership planning, business tax planning, individual tax planning, estate planning, including wills, trusts and probate, and tax controversy and litigation services.
